Rural Housing Incentive District
There are several programs for developers to take advantage of with local governments. This particular program can be difficult to explain with just words, so I created an explainer video to walk a potential developer through the program and what it means for them. Assets were designed in Illustrator, textured in Photoshop, and animated in After Effects.
